Shipping
Please be aware that shipping may occasionally take longer due to delays with customs, errors with the postal service, weather and other circumstances out of my control. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks please contact me ASAP so we can try to resolve the situation.
AUSTRALIA - Shipping within Australia will be with Australia Post. Tracking numbers are available upon request. I use Australia Post Prices.
INTERNATIONAL – Shipping outside of Australia will be by Registered Airmail. To keep postage costs low, I am only able to track your item through Australia Post internally. Should your package not arrive within the time period specified below, I can be contacted to find out where your package is.
Asia-Pacific Region including New Zealand – Estimate delivery from the date of dispatch is 1-2 weeks
Northern Hemisphere – Estimate delivery from the date of dispatch is 2-4 weeks.
Overseas items will have a custom form attached with a brief description of your item and cost. Depending on the laws of your country you may be charged an import duty or tax if you goods are over a certain value. You will be responsible for all Import duties as I am unable to advise if you will be charged or of what cost as each case will vary.

RETURNS
If you receive your ring and discover your item is faulty or has been damaged during post please contact me ASAP so I can begin to fix the problem as quickly and as efficiently as possible and if need be make the Postal Service aware. I will only begin to resolve the problem once the ring has been returned in its original state and unworn.
I am not responsible to cover the postage for any replacement/returned amended orders. Replacement ring postage will be invoiced to you via PayPal at your own expense.
I am unable to offer a refund or accept a return if you change your mind however if you have been sent the wrong size ring by accident (please check this before you contact me) contact me ASAP. But if your ring has been custom made to size + detail I am unable to refund your purchase if you have given me your wrong ring size. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and therefore it is your responsibly to give me the correct size.
I am not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail.
